Henderson Healthcare in Australia is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 9-25 through therapeutic interventions, advocacy, case planning and evidence-based practice. You will work with families, educators and external partners to deliver person-centred services that promote positive outcomes.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time arrangements, with salary up to $93,000 plus super and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or Youth Work is essential.
• AASW or YWA membership or eligibility to obtain it.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience.
• Australian Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Availability to work minimum 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support and intervention services to young people experiencing complex social, emotional, behavioural and family challenges.
• Collaborate with families, educators and external stakeholders to deliver person-centred support.
• Deliver person-centred support to achieve positive outcomes.
• Contribute to case planning and advocacy.
