Job summary

Henderson Healthcare is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support young people aged 9-25 through therapeutic interventions, advocacy, case planning and evidence-based practice. You will join a multidisciplinary team and work across Perth locations, delivering person-centred care and positive outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or Youth Work (essential)
• Current membership with AASW or YWA, or eligibility and willingness to obtain membership
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience required
• Australian Driver's Licence
• Full Australian working rights
• Availability to work either full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week)
• Strong understanding of youth development, trauma-informed practice and person-centred approaches
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
