Queensland Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support – Woodford QLD is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead staff across shifts, delivering integrated centre-wide services for young people including accommodation, casework, education and medical services.

The role requires completing Detention Youth Worker training (if not already completed) and maintaining a valid Blue card and Senior First Aid or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Blue card holder (mandatory).
• Detention Youth Worker training completed or able to complete.
• Senior First Aid Certificate or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staff across shifts to deliver centre-wide services for youth.
• Develop and monitor safe operating policies and procedures.
• Input and monitor information in systems with QA measures.
• Identify and report safety, security and service delivery risks.
• Develop and review emergency and contingency plans; ensure incident management readiness.
