Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, monitor and supervise Youth Workers in detention delivery.
• Monitor implementation of intervention strategies in residents' Single Case Plans.
• Ensure safe, clean and secure unit environment with high standards.
• Provide feedback and participate in performance assessments for staff.
• Prepare reports and maintain records using manual and computerized systems.
• Contribute to contingency planning and incident response.
• Liaise with Shift Supervisors and Unit Managers on client management practices.
