Job summary

North & West Remote Health’s headspace Mackay centre is seeking a Clinical Receptionist to join the collaborative team, delivering welcoming, youth-friendly service to young people and families.

You’ll be the first point of contact, manage reception, phones, bookings and appointment confirmations, and provide confidential information and support to clients, contributing to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bring experience in administration or reception in a similar setting.
• Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Deliver professional and confidential customer service.
• Organise competing tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
• Hold a current C class driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome young people, families and visitors with professional, friendly service.
• Manage reception, phones, bookings and appointment confirmations.
• Provide confidential information and support to young people and families.
• Maintain accurate records, supplies, mail and general administration.
• Support meetings, events, financial administration and centre operations.
