Job summary

Indie Education's Indie College in Frankston seeks a 12-month fixed-term, full-time Trainer and Assessor (Coach) to deliver training and assessment to the student cohort in line with the relevant training package and Indie Education's strategies.

Indie Education supports Trainers with paid professional development, training materials and compliance requirements, and a framework to upskill and supervise new Trainers or industry professionals. Travel opportunities may be available across Australia.

Qualifications

• Delivery of training/assessment to students as part of the role.
• Ability to adapt delivery to student needs and learning styles.
• Maintain professional boundaries and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training/assessment to students upon completion of relevant qualifications.
• Provide engaging and flexible education programs for the student cohort.
• Adapt training style to student needs and manage barriers to learning.
• Complete all documentation per policy; meet deadlines; work in a team.
• Undertake regular training to follow child safety policies and mandatory reporting.
