Job summary

Indie College is seeking a FullTime Trainer and Assessor (Coach) to join our Maitland College campus. The role focuses on delivering training and assessment to a student cohort in line with the training package and Indie College’s strategies.

We provide paid professional development, comprehensive resources, and a framework to upskill and supervise new Trainers and Assessors. The organisation supports educators in re-engaging students and delivering quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and assessment in an educational setting.
• Ability to adapt delivery to varied student needs.
• Strong written, oral and digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assessment to Students in line with the relevant training package.
• Provide flexible and engaging delivery of educational programs to Student cohort.
• Maintain documentation per policy and procedures and meet deadlines.
• Support students’ engagement and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
