Qualifications

• Deliver training and assessment to students per qualifications and policies.
• Engage learners with flexible, engaging teaching approaches.
• Adapt delivery to diverse learning needs and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training/assessment to students upon completion of relevant qualifications.
• Provide a flexible and engaging approach to delivering educational programs to the student cohort.
• Adapt training style and delivery method to accommodate students' learning needs.
• Demonstrate resilience and interpersonal skills to engage with a mixed cohort of students.
• Maintain professional boundaries in the role and complete documentation per policy.
• Manage challenges and barriers faced with delivering alternative education to the student cohort.
• Transport students to and from sessions as permitted.
• Time management, administrative skills, and attention to detail; work within policy and procedures.
