Indie Education is seeking a FullTime Trainer and Assessor (Coach) to join Indie College on the Gosford Campus. The role delivers training and assessment to the student cohort in line with the relevant training package and the company’s strategies.

Indie College supports Trainers with paid professional development, provision of training materials and compliance requirements, and a framework to upskill, supervise, and support staff for a career change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assessment to Students
• Provide a flexible and engaging approach to delivering educational programs
• Adapt training style to student learning needs
• Demonstrate resilience and interpersonal skills with a mixed cohort
• Maintain professional boundaries and complete documentation
• Coordinate transport for sessions as needed
• Manage time, administration, and deadlines
• Ensure safety policies are followed and complete mandatory training
