Bayside Council is seeking a part-time Recreational Duty Supervisor for Arncliffe Youth Centre in Sydney. You will lead frontline staff and oversee daily operations, delivering safe and engaging recreational programs for the community.

Responsibilities include staffing, customer service, bookings, and implementing opening/closing procedures. The role requires First Aid and NSW Working with Children Check and offers a rotating 24-hour roster including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in sports or recreation facilities.
• Strong customer service, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver community and sports programs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Arncliffe Youth Centre and supervise staff and patrons.
• Deliver safe, efficient delivery of recreational services and programs.
• Lead staff training, onboarding, and promote a positive team culture.
• Provide high standard customer service and manage enquiries, complaints and incidents.
• Implement opening, closing and security procedures and monitor safety.
