Bayside City Council is seeking a Casual Youth Worker to join the Youth Services team. The role supports delivery and evaluation of youth engagement programs for young people aged 10 to 25, across youth centre, school and community settings.

You will contribute to programs that promote wellbeing, participation, leadership and inclusion, with a focus on diverse needs and family engagement. Flexible/hybrid arrangements available.

Formación

• Relevant qualification (or working towards) in Youth Work or related field.
• Experience in a similar role delivering programs for young people.
• Energetic, passionate, and dedicated to working with young people.
• Self-motivated and well organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage diverse groups of young people across ages 10–25.
• Availability during school terms and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery and evaluation of youth engagement programs, events and activities for 10–25 year olds.
• Work across youth centre, school and community settings to reach young people where they are.
