Relationships Australia Victoria’s headspace Wonthaggi centre is seeking a dedicated Youth Access Worker to support young people on their mental health journey. You’ll screen, assess, refer, and coordinate care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Work four days per week (0.8FTE) with one evening shift, based in Wonthaggi. Base salary range is $101,948–$109,287 pro-rata per annum, plus salary packaging and super.

Qualifications

• Degree in health, behavioural/social sciences, or community services.
• Experience in screening to identify client needs.
• Experience in youth/mental health sector.
• Registration with AHPRA or AASW desirable.

Responsabilités

• Screen clients to determine needs and risks.
• Conduct assessments, referrals, and brief interventions.
• Coordinate care with clinical team and services.
• Participate in supervision and case discussions.
