Job summary

Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is seeking a Youth Mental Health Clinician for the Youth Enhanced Service. The role involves working with young people aged 12–25 at our Wonthaggi or Bairnsdale centres, delivering biopsychosocial assessments, care planning and evidence-informed interventions.

The position is fixed-term until June 2027 with potential for permanency, part-time four days/week including one evening shift (Tuesdays). Salary range is AU$101,948–AU$109,287 (pro-rata) per annum.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in allied health disciplines (social work, mental health nursing, occupational therapy or psychology).
• Registration with AHPRA or full membership with AASW.
• Current driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience working with young people and understanding diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and risk assessments for young people aged 12–25.
• Develop and implement person-centred care plans and evidence-informed interventions.
• Provide regular clinical supervision and contribute to multidisciplinary team care.
