Job summary

Hungry Jack’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Australia to lead a busy, high-volume restaurant with a Guest Obsessed mindset. You will drive profitability, coach a team, and deliver outstanding quality and service daily.

You will champion safety, build the brand through effective planning, and mentor staff. Full-time, with mix of days, nights and weekends; national police check required; diverse and inclusive workplace.

In Your Role

In your new role as Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our value of “Guest Obsessed” to life, delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests every day. You truly believe in harnessing “People Power”, leading your team to success in a busy, high-volume environment where no two days are the same, including:

• Creating a high-performance culture in your restaurant, from financial profitability (P&L), to people, to guest satisfaction.
• Leading from the front, championing change and ensuring your people are motivated to contribute to your restaurant’s success.
• Supporting our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy, by curating a safe working environment for your team and restaurant.
• Building the Hungry Jack’s brand via effective business planning.
