Hungry Jack's is seeking a store leader to drive guest focus and team performance in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will guide the restaurant leadership team to deliver exceptional service and execution across service and production areas.

You will coach and develop team members, manage promotions, merchandising and stock while upholding safety and quality standards. This full-time role offers growth and extensive training programs.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:
