Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a System Administrator to own and optimise core ERP/Yardi platforms from Melbourne with flexible location options. You will drive a Yardi implementation, remain the SME for integrated systems, and collaborate with teams across Melbourne and Sydney to enhance performance and processes.

The role requires hands-on Yardi expertise, Power BI reporting, and experience with ERP migrations and upgrades to streamline business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in business systems administration within property, finance, or corporate sectors.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Yardi platforms and Power BI dashboard creation.
• Background in ERP implementations, data migrations, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Yardi platform, including Voyager, Vendor & Commercial Cafe, Elevate, and P2P.
• Act as the in-house subject matter expert for Yardi and integrated business systems.
• Develop custom reports and analytical dashboards using Yardi tools and Power BI.
• Lead and support system implementations, upgrades, data migrations, and process enhancements.
