Job summary

Coates Belmont is seeking a Yard Coordinator to own the day-to-day presentation, organisation and flow of equipment throughout the yard in a busy Belmont operation. The role supports a safe, efficient and customer-ready yard environment, with work Monday to Friday.

You will organise yard layout, ensure proper presentation and assist in loading/unloading while maintaining company standards and safe practices around vehicles and equipment. This is a hands-on role with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar yard environment.
• EWP Licence and valid driver’s licence.
• Experience around mobile equipment.
• Exposure to civil, mining or industrial environments.
• Experience loading and unloading equipment.
• Strong knowledge of load restraint practices.
• Proactive approach to workplace health and safety.
• Genuine interest in building a stable, long-term career with Coates.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and take initiative.
• Contribute to a supportive and high-performing team.

As a Yard CordinatorCoates Belmont you will own the day-to-day presentation, organisation and flow of equipment throughout the yard, ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-ready operation. This is key operational role in a high-traffic yard environment focused on maintaining safe, organised and efficient operations working Monday to Friday.

As well as providing a high level of customer service, you will also:
