Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our NSW team, focusing on Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and Acute Wound Care. Based in Sydney, you will train clinicians, demonstrate product use, and translate clinical data into practical guidance for hospitals and health services across NSW.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with Wound Care or surgical nursing experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Experience in Wound Care and/or Surgical Nursing.
• Able to travel across Sydney and regional NSW.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business as Wound Care SME to hospitals and health services.
• Deliver product application and clinical training.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand KOL network.
• Provide advisory support to customers and internal teams.
• Support territory strategies with clinicians.
