Job summary

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Practice Specialist in Skin Health, Wound and Continence Management to lead practice, coach teams, and influence clinical governance across Seniors Services. The role supports wound care, pressure injury prevention and continence and may utilise virtual technology for remote wound assessment.

The successful RN will bring AHPRA registration, clinical leadership, and postgraduate credentials in wound care, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and care

Qualifications

• You’ll be an RN with AHPRA registration and clinical leadership experience.
• Postgraduate qualifications in wound care and professional memberships are highly regarded.
• Expertise in wound management and pressure injury prevention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist clinical expertise across Skin Health, Wound and Continence Management.
• Coach and lead practice across Seniors Services and strengthen clinical governance.
• Embed evidence-based practice and support remote wound assessments through virtual care.
