Unilever is seeking a Process Engineer for our North Rocks factory to support manufacturing by reducing losses and waste on the production line. You will apply TPM and lean tools including SMED, 5S, and RCA, and lead autonomous maintenance and focused improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, training line crews, GMP compliance, and contributing to a world-class manufacturing environment focused on zero defects and zero waste.

Qualificações

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing.
• Duties include leading line crews and coaching.
• Knowledge of UMS/WCM or similar lean TPM methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving with RCA/FI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Eliminate Waste and Loss using UMS/TPM tools.
• Direct AM and FI pillars in the department.
• Run to Standard (R2S) implementation and data analysis.
• Train line crews on technical standards.
• Upskill crews in AM/FI tools; ensure stability.
• Adhere to GMP hygiene standards.
• Support Safety, GMP and Quality initiatives.
• Drive 5S standards.
