Job summary

Rheem Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer at our Rydalmere Manufacturing Facility to drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and operational excellence across operations.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will measure, track and optimise manufacturing indicators, lead improvement initiatives, and deliver capital projects that improve safety, quality, productivity and cost performance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma environments.
• Strong problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis skills.
• Experience delivering process improvement or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Analyse production data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools, including RCA, PFMEA andValue Stream Mapping.
• Deliver engineering and capital projects from concept through to implementation.
• Collaborate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, WHS and R&D teams.
