Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Process Engineer for our North Rocks factory in Sydney. You will support Manufacturing by reducing losses and waste on the production line, applying AM/FI tools, SMED, PDCA, and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses through Lean TPM practices. You will train line crews, lead RCA and problem-solving efforts, ensure GMP compliance, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives while advancing the reliability

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing as a Process or Reliability Engineer for at least 2 years.
• Familiar with UMS/WCM, lean/TPM methodologies including RCA and FI.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of master plan and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate waste and losses using UMS/FI pillars and PM tools.
• Lead AM and FI pillars within the department.
• Run to Standard (R2S): data collection, prioritization, problem solving.
• Train line crews on technical standards and stability sustainability.
• Upskill crews in AM and FI tools for capability enhancement.
• Adhere to GMP hygiene standards and quality initiatives.
• Drive 5S standards.
