ICC Sydney is seeking an experienced Kitchen Logistics Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the Kitchen Stewarding team. You will oversee staff, Rostering, and ensure high standards for events with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Effective management of Kitchen Logistics labour cost via weekly roster planning.
• Monthly chemical stocktakes and accurate stock recording.
• Administrative duties including rostering and timecard approvals.
• Minimise WH&S risk and incidents, train staff, and action corrective actions.
• Attend kitchen and Front of House meetings for smooth operations.
• Daily kitchen inspections and follow-up with night cleaning team.
• Review procedures, implement changes and train staff on new procedures/matrix.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment (Flight, conveyor, under-counter).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing team member management within the Kitchen Stewarding department.
• Assisting Senior Kitchen Logistics Supervisors with rostering.
• Delivering high standard preparation for events and managing staff across sections.
• Leading arrangements for kitchen brigade support and front-of-house teams; providing feedback.
• Assisting in recruitment of Kitchen Logistics staff (permanent and casual).
• Training and inspiring Stewarding team members.
• Ensuring adequate and clean equipment for daily kitchen/outlets needs.
• Maintaining ISO 22000 food safety standards.
