Job summary

Totally Workwear Port Stephens in Taylors Beach is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to join our Port Stephens store on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the face of the Totally Workwear brand, delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers find the right workwear, PPE, footwear, and branding solutions.

Work closely with the Store Manager to support operations, hit sales targets, manage stock, and maintain an inviting store presentation in a small team.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Previous retail, customer service, trade, or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn about workwear products and branding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional in-store, phone, and email service.
