Job summary

Totally Workwear is seeking an experienced Team Leader for its Brookvale store in NSW to drive daily operations and sales growth, leading a team of retail staff and managing relationships with both retail customers and local businesses.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, rostering, and store compliance while delivering outstanding service and product knowledge, building a positive, high‑performing work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store management.
• Exposure to trade, industrial, or B2B customers (advantage).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver excellent service and achieve store targets.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers while developing new retail and commercial opportunities.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and compliance with procedures.
• Deliver product knowledge and service excellence to retail and business customers.
• Recruit and mentor staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Maintain store presentation and product displays per brand guidelines.
• Manage rostering, reporting and store administration for smooth operations.
