Qualifications

• Commitment to a 4-year apprenticeship with on-the-job and block theory training.
• Cert III in Elevating Work Platforms or Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology requirement.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good numeracy and ability to read safety information and manuals.
• Mature, reliable and safety‑conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assist workshop technicians with evaluation of machine performance.
• Assist with pre-delivery inspections and service/repairs of Elevating Work Platforms, telehandlers and lighting towers.
• Assist with installing, testing, repairing and modifying electronic and hydraulic equipment.
• Follow site health & safety policies and complete inspection paperwork.
• Keep workshop clean and tidy and assist with general duties.
• Support periodic inspections in line with standards.
