Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Workshop Technician for the Mobile Cranes division at our Yatala facility in Brisbane.

You will diagnose faults, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Liebherr mobile cranes, applying your mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic skills. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work to ensure safe, reliable operation and high-quality workmanship, collaborating with the Service team and adhering to Liebherr's safety and quality

Formación

• A relevant mechanical or electrical trade qualification.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience servicing and maintaining heavy machinery or similar equipment.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Technician to join our Mobile Cranes division, based at our Yatala facility in Brisbane.

This is an opportunity to work with world-class mobile crane technology, applying your technical expertise across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and performing preventative maintenance on Liebherr mobile cranes, ensuring equipment continues to operate safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You will be a technically capable tradesperson with strong diagnostic abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Ideally, you will bring:

• A relevant mechanical or electrical trade qualification.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience servicing and maintaining heavy machinery or similar equipment.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience working with mobile cranes or Liebherr equipment will be highly regarded.
