WesTrac is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead our New Machines Workshop, driving safety, quality, productivity and team performance. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate resources and ensure build schedules and customer commitments are met.

You will develop a high-performing team, foster a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment, delivering exceptional operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a workshop or heavy industry setting.
• Strong health, safety and environmental practices are essential.
• Ability to coordinate resources, schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop workshop employees to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate daily workflow, labour allocation and resource planning.
• Monitor performance against safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimise downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective action programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and HSE requirements.
