Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams within a workshop, maintenance, manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
• Strong understanding of workplace health, safety and environmental practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate resources, schedules and operational priorities.
• Sound problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience driving performance, continuous improvement and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop workshop employees to achieve operational objectives.
• Coordinate daily workflow, labour allocation and resource planning.
• Monitor workshop performance against safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimise downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and HSE requirements.
