Job summary

Clark Equipment is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Service Technician for Sydney. You will diagnose faults, test, service and repair electrical systems on commercial machinery and catering equipment, delivering professional field service at customer sites.

The role requires a trade-qualified electrician with an Australian licence, 5+ years of experience, and strong problem-solving, communication and safety skills. Driving licence and on‑site presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Onshore candidates preferred; offshore candidates should be from UK/Europe.
• Trade‑qualified Electrician with a relevant electrical trade qualification.
• Current Australian electrical licence or equivalent recognised licence.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical experience.
• Experience with commercial catering equipment is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, controls, components and equipment.
• Experience working with commercial appliances, machinery or electrical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with confidence at customer sites.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Reliable, practical and safety‑conscious approach to work.
• Current Australian driver’s licence or equivalent.
