Job summary

Konnecting is seeking an experienced Electrician or Electrical Field Service Technician to join our Australian team servicing commercial catering and kitchen equipment nationwide.

You will attend customer sites, diagnose faults, perform diagnostics, testing, repairs and commissioning, and provide technical support to customers and fellow technicians. A current Australian driver’s license and a practical, safety-conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical license.
• Experience fault finding on commercial catering equipment.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs independently.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, diagnosing, testing and repairing commercial catering equipment with focus on electrical systems.
• Attend customer sites for servicing, breakdowns, repairs and commissioning.
• Provide technical support to customers and other service technicians.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding components and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate records of service work and parts used.
