Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Service Technician for a field-based role in Sydney. You will diagnose, service, repair and maintain commercial electrical equipment and catering appliances at customer sites.

Key requirements include a trade-qualified Electrician with an Australian electrical licence and at least 5 years of electrical experience. The role offers a stable full-time position in Sydney with a broad exposure to commercial kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified electrician with a recognised electrical trade qualification.
• Current Australian electrical licence or equivalent recognised licence.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical experience.
• Experience with commercial catering equipment is highly desirable.
• Gas licence and forklift experience are assets.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in commercial equipment and machinery.
• Carry out electrical testing, servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Work with commercial catering equipment, appliances and electrical systems.
• Identify faults and determine appropriate repair solutions independently.
• Attend customer sites and provide professional field service.
• Manage service and warranty issues from initial diagnosis through to resolution.
• Work closely with customers, technicians, contractors, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, quality and customer service.
• Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and electrical standards.
