Titan Ind Pty Ltd in Moranbah is seeking a hands-on Workshop Manager to lead the local workshop, drive growth and own performance. You’ll manage workflow, customer relationships and a small team, setting safety and quality standards while pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Australian mechanical/trade qualification is required.
• 5+ years post-trade experience.
• Leadership/workshop management experience preferred.
• Sales or business development experience.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Australian working rights.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Moranbah workshop on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate workload, priorities, employees and resources.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and pursue sales and business development opportunities.
• Lead, support and hold the workshop team accountable.
• Ensure quality, safety and productivity standards are maintained.
• Take ownership of workshop performance and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Titan Ind team to support growth.
