Titan Ind Pty Ltd in Moranbah is seeking a hands-on Workshop Manager to lead the local workshop, drive growth and own performance. You’ll manage workflow, customer relationships and a small team, setting safety and quality standards while pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Australian mechanical/trade qualification is required.
• 5+ years post-trade experience.
• Leadership/workshop management experience preferred.
• Sales or business development experience.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and National Police Check.

About the Role

As Workshop Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the Moranbah workshop. You’ll lead the team, manage workflow and customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You won't be waiting to be told what needs doing. We're looking for someone who can take control, make decisions and own the performance of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Moranbah workshop

• Coordinate workload, priorities, employees and resources

• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Work closely with the wider Titan Ind team to support continued growth

What You’ll Need

• Relevant Australian mechanical/trade qualification

• Minimum 5+ years post-trade experience

• Previous leadership, supervisory or workshop management experience highly regarded

• Sales, customer service or business development experience

• Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships

• Confident communication and leadership skills

• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities

• A proactive approach – someone who takes responsibility rather than passes problems on

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence

• Australian working rights

• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and National Police Check
