Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting for a Workshop Operations Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, lead a team of 5–10, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This permanent full-time position offers a base salary of $110K plus super and overtime, with Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, onsite parking, and comprehensive leave entitlements.

The client operates across Australian states and seeks a results-driven leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in workshop/manufacturing/automotive services.
• Trade qualifications in mechanical, electrical, and body repairs.
• Experience with scheduling, quoting and workshop operations.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.

• Experience with scheduling, quoting and workshop operations
• Strong focus on safety, quality and customer service
