Rapid Spray Pty Limited in Singleton NSW is seeking a Moulding Manager to lead a hands-on team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will focus on continuous improvement of people and processes, driving efficiency and quality while maintaining a productive daily rhythm.

Key responsibilities include planning, root-cause problem solving, and team coaching. Prior management experience in manufacturing is essential, with rotational moulding knowledge highly regarded but not required.

• Experience and knowledge of rotational moulding is highly regarded but not essential; basic understanding of industrial machinery is sufficient.
• Experience in the powder coating or commercial bakery industries would be well regarded.

THE ROLE — Your Impact

As the Moulding Manager, you’ll lead a hands‑on team in a fast-paced environment where time & task management are key. This your chance to really drive continuous improvement of people & process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This is a full-time 5 day a week role based at our Singleton NSW (Hunter Valley) manufacturing facility. Hours are negotiable but are typically 4AM - 12:30PM or 6AM - 2:30PM.

We are unable to offer sponsorship – applicants will need to have valid working rights in Australia.

Applicants will be required to undergo a medical assessment (including Drug & Alcohol screening) prior to commencement of employment.

All applicants will be required to provide a National Police Check prior to commencement of employment.

Prior management experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is essential.

Experience and knowledge of rotational moulding is highly regarded but not essential, a basic understanding of industrial machinery is sufficient.

Experience in the powder coating or commercial bakery industries would be well regarded.
