Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is essential.
• Experience and knowledge of rotational moulding is highly regarded but not essential; basic understanding of industrial machinery is sufficient.
• Experience in the powder coating or commercial bakery industries would be well regarded.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong, positive team culture focused on consistency and continuous improvement.
• Plan and schedule machines and people to ensure output remains on schedule.
• Investigate root causes of process and machinery issues and implement permanent resolutions.
• Run daily structured team meetings communicating targets, progress, feedback and wins.
• Maintain and lift quality standards, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Drive efficiency using Lean thinking, 5S, and standardised work practices.
