A commitment to safe work, equipment care, housekeeping and continuous improvement.
Availability to work afternoon shift.
Experience in thin-wall food packaging and/or in-mould labelling (IML) would be highly regarded. A relevant trade qualification or equivalent plastics manufacturing experience, exposure to Lean Manufacturing or 5S, and a forklift licence would also be advantageous.
A permanent, full-time afternoon-shift position with an established Australian manufacturer.
A hands-on technical role with the opportunity to improve moulding performance and process capability.
A supportive team environment, working directly with the Moulding Manager.
Competitive remuneration based on experience and capability.
