Job summary

Civcon Water Services seeks an Engineering, Maintenance & Projects Manager to lead machinery maintenance and technical projects across manufacturing and water services operations.

You will oversee the rotational moulding line, manage preventative maintenance, coordinate capital projects and liaise with suppliers and contractors to drive efficiency and reliability.

• Mechanical engineering qualification, trade background or extensive relevant industry experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Experience with industrial machinery, manufacturing or equipment maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate projects, contractors and competing priorities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and optimisation of the rotational moulding machine.
• Manage preventative maintenance and repairs across manufacturing machinery, plant and equipment.
• Oversee servicing, maintenance and management of the company vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate design, development and commissioning of new rotational moulds and products.
• Project manage future factory expansions, building upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers, engineers and contractors to deliver machinery upgrades and capital projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, equipment reliability and manufacturing processes.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement across the group.

Engineering, Maintenance & Projects Manager

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on and technically minded individual to join our growing group of businesses as an Engineering, Maintenance & Projects Manager. This is an exciting and diverse opportunity for someone with strong mechanical and technical skills who enjoys problem-solving, managing projects and playing a key role in the growth and development of multiple businesses. Working across our manufacturing and water services operations, you will be responsible for overseeing machinery maintenance, managing technical projects and supporting our ongoing expansion.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the operation, maintenance and optimisation of our new rotational moulding machine.

Manage preventative maintenance and repairs across manufacturing machinery, plant and equipment.

Oversee servicing, maintenance and management of our company vehicle fleet.

Coordinate the design, development and commissioning of new rotational moulds and products.

Competitive salary of $115,000 – $125,000 plus superannuation.
