About the Role

Keema Automotive Group is seeking a hands-on Workshop Foreman to lead our technical team at Springwood – our largest and fastest-growing dealership.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated senior technician who’s ready to take the next step into workshop management and leadership. You’ll be working closely with our Service Manager to oversee daily operations and drive performance across a skilled and dedicated team.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule all workshop jobs efficiently
• Oversee quality control and ensure all vehicles meet Keema’s high standards
• Mentor, train, and support team members
• Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics or fitments
• Interpret manuals and technical data accurately
• Lead by example with professionalism and pride in workmanship
