Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive.
• Proven background in managing a team of Technicians.
• Understanding of workshop workflow.
• Motivation and leadership to achieve results.
• Meet budgets and deadlines.
• Handle pressure in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Broad mechanical/tyre knowledge across brands.
• Valid Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities
