Job summary

Zinfra-Group is seeking a Works Ready Coordinator for a 12-month secondment based from our Tullamarine Depot in Melbourne. The role centers on preparing and planning work packages, ensuring all processes and data are ready for execution by the Team Leader, and supporting risk mitigation and stakeholder expectations.

Successful candidates will bring knowledge of safe working practices, an Australian driver’s licence, and experience in planning electrical network work.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of safe working practices and OHS&E.
• Certificate III Power Systems highly desirable; PM qualification preferred.
• Current Australian Driver’s licence.
• Experience with planning/scheduling electrical network work.
• Understanding Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work packages and ensure readiness before handover.
• Lead the team to meet organisational goals with support.
• Identify risks and plan mitigations for delivery.
• Manage customer expectations and business needs.
• Data capture accuracy and end-of-month reconciliations.
• Prepare data and analysis for reporting on works planning.
