Job summary

Zinfra PTY Ltd. is seeking a Works Ready Coordinator for a 12-month secondment based at the Tullamarine Depot. You will prepare and plan work packages, ensuring processes and discipline are in place for efficient delivery of the works program, reporting to the Underground Team Leader.

You will lead the team, manage risks, and handle data preparation for planning and delivery reporting while maintaining data accuracy and meeting tight timeframes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe working practices and Australian standards.
• Understanding of risk management and regulatory concepts.
• Experience with planning and scheduling in electrical networks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all work to be fully reviewed with planning completed before handover.
• Lead the team to achieve goals with high-level advice and support.
• Identify risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
• Manage customer expectations and business needs.
• Ensure data capture consistency and end-of-month reconciliation.
• Prepare data and analysis for reporting on works planning and delivery.
