Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Workplace Services Coordinator in Sydney to support the Barangaroo Workplace team. You will coordinate resources to keep the workplace running smoothly and create a positive experience for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance, logging requests, tracking SLAs, and supporting the Premises Recovery Plan. The role requires strong organisational skills, stakeholder management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and a strong ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work to agreed timelines.
  • Ability to review outcomes and provide reporting as required.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, people and workplace activities/events.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality outcomes and service.
  • Available to work in the office 5 days a week.

  • Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.
  • Log and follow up on maintenance and cleaning requests across both tenancy and common areas.
  • Report on outstanding tasks and escape items not completed within agreed SLAs to contractors and suppliers.
  • Understand and support the Premises Recovery Plan when required.
  • Monitor stock levels of all consumables managed by Workplace Services for the business.

Job description

As a Workplace Services Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our Sydney, Barangaroo Workplace team, responsible for coordinating the resources necessary to ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently, while helping to curate a positive experience for all internal and external visitors.

You will be responsible for developing strong long-term relationships with staff and building management teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate, schedule and track the planned preventative maintenance program.
  • Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.
  • Log and follow up on maintenance and cleaning requests across both tenancy and common areas.
  • Report on any outstanding tasks and escape items not completed within agreed SLAs to contractors and suppliers.
