Ausgrid is seeking a Systems Lead to shape performance and direction of key business systems that support Australia’s east coast electricity distribution. You’ll work with leaders across the business to uncover insights, drive improvement, and influence strategic decisions through analytics, reporting, and BI.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll uncover insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and influence strategic decisions through advanced analytics, reporting, and business intelligence. You'll lead system enhancements, drive process optimisation, and ensure our systems continue to evolve to meet changing business, regulatory, and customer needs. As a strong communicator and relationship builder, you'll engage with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights and bringing people on the journey through change. You'll become a trusted advisor, helping teams make better decisions, solve business challenges, and unlock greater value from their systems and data.
