genU, in partnership with MatchWorks, seeks a Post Placement Support Consultant to partner with participants, employers and internal teams, proactively addressing barriers and driving sustainable employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

At genU, you’ll provide hands-on coaching, build strong relationships, and create personalised retention plans to help participants thrive at work.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly communication style.
• Ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
• Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• NDIS screening and orientation requirements will be supported.

Responsibilities
