genU and MatchWorks are seeking a Post Placement Support Consultant in Yugambeh Country, Springwood, to partner with participants, employers and internal teams to address barriers and drive sustainable employment outcomes through tailored support.

You’ll provide hands-on coaching at the workplace, build strong relationships, and create personalised retention plans to help participants thrive at work; prior experience in customer service or employment support, and Vietnamese language skills, are

What you’ll do

As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you’ll:

• Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.

What you’ll bring

• A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
• An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
• Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
