genU and MatchWorks are seeking a Post Placement Support Consultant to partner with participants, employers and teams to address barriers and foster long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

You will work full-time on permanent placement, providing hands-on coaching, building relationships, and creating personalised retention plans to help participants thrive in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
• Proficiency in speaking Vietnamese, or experience working with people who speak English as a second language.

What you’ll do

As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you’ll:

• Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.

What you’ll bring

• A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
• An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
• Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
• Proficiency in speaking Vietnamese, or experience working with people who speak English as a second language.
