Medibank Private Limited in Victoria seeks a Workplace Relations Advisor for a 2‑month day-rate contract. You will provide expert advice on workplace and industrial relations, partnering with People teams and leaders to navigate complex employee matters.

Responsibilities include investigations, conduct management, interpreting awards and enterprise agreements, and supporting policy development. Immediate impact is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in workplace or industrial relations.
• Strong knowledge of workplace legislation, awards and enterprise agreements.
• Experience advising leaders, People teams and payroll stakeholders.
• Exposure to union engagement and industrial relations matters.
• Experience reviewing or developing workplace policies and procedures.
• Experience in People Partnering roles with broad IR exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing expert workplace and industrial relations advice to leaders and stakeholders.
• Supporting investigations, conduct management and workplace disputes.
• Interpreting enterprise agreements, awards and employment legislation for guidance.
• Advising on organisational change, restructures and related risk.
• Supporting policy review across employee-related topics.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties as needed.
