Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a Governance & Compliance Specialist to fortify workplace relations across our Melbourne, Sydney or Perth properties. You’ll lead compliance programs, interpret the Fair Work Act and modern awards, and partner with Payroll, Risk and Legal to embed strong governance.

You’ll influence policy development, conduct assurance activities, and help implement enterprise agreement changes while supporting a culture of integrity and care for our people and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
• Experience conducting governance activities or assurance reviews.
• Strong communication and drafting skills for policy development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on workplace relations compliance and legislation.
• Monitor legislative developments and conduct compliance reviews.
• Develop governance controls, guidance and compliance frameworks.
• Partner with Payroll, People & Culture, Risk, Legal and Compliance to strengthen frameworks.
• Support implementation of workplace relations reforms and enterprise agreement changes.
• Contribute to policy development and capability uplift initiatives.
